As of now, ratings are in the toilet. There is a high need for change, and maybe that comes with Raw and SmackDown becoming separate brands.
Raw could have the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the United States Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship and the Divas Championship, while SmackDown has the Intercontinental Championship on a major push as World Title of SmackDown, bring back the European Championship, World Tag Team Championship and Women's Championship.
Put 2 legends to use as General Managers, have a full draft on a WWE Network special, give the brands a sense of competition. Most importantly, bring up half of the NXT roster to add depth.
